Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) form a binding agreement between you and NurseRoot.com (“NurseRoot,” “we,” “us”) governing your use of nurseroot.com and any product, content, or service we provide (collectively the “Service”). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old and able to form a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction.

2. The Service

NurseRoot provides the Financial Feasibility Score (FFS) calculator, educational guides, and related digital products for nurses and nursing students. The FFS is an educational projection only and is not financial, legal, tax, or investment advice.

3. Accounts & access

NurseRoot currently operates without public user accounts. You provide an email address to receive your purchased or free PDFs. You are responsible for keeping that email account secure. Admin access is restricted to authorised NurseRoot staff.

4. Purchases & refunds

• All prices are in US dollars and processed by Stripe.
• Digital products are delivered by signed download link valid for 24 hours.
• Because content is delivered immediately, all sales are final. We will gladly resend a fresh download link at any time at hello@nurseroot.com.
• If you believe a charge is incorrect or your PDF was not delivered, contact us within 14 days and we will investigate.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Reproduce, redistribute, resell, or share NurseRoot guides outside personal use.
• Probe, scrape, or attempt to bypass rate-limits or security controls.
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to violate any third party’s rights.
• Submit false or fraudulent information.

6. Intellectual property

All NurseRoot content — including the FFS algorithm, copy, branding, design, and guides — is owned by NurseRoot.com and protected by US and international law. You are granted a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use purchased content for your own education.

See the full Disclaimer. Nothing on NurseRoot is a recommendation to take, refinance, or repay any loan, accept any job offer, or make any investment decision. Always consult a licensed professional before acting on financial information.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NurseRoot.com, its officers, employees, and contractors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising from your use of the Service. NurseRoot’s total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months, or (b) USD 100.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless NurseRoot.com from any claim, loss, or liability arising from your misuse of the Service or breach of these Terms.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access at any time for breach of these Terms or to comply with law. You may stop using the Service at any time. Sections 6, 8, 9, 10, 12, and 13 survive termination.

12. Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict of laws. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to that exclusive jurisdiction.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced on this page. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
